When’s Marvel Weekly: Pre-NCR Special Edition

We’ll be hosting a special When’s Marvel Weekly, pre-NCR edition this Thursday at 8:00 PM PST and will feature many NCR-attending top players, including EG. Justin Wong, MCZ. Xian, Neo, omgitzandre, XRay, Kbeast, Rattana, Noel Brown, and Darryn! This event is sponsored by: FGTVLive, Soundblaster, Capsule Entertainment, Console Combat, and TwitchTV.

For part 3 of our suggested balance changes to Capcom’s Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3, we had a lengthy debate about a few of the dominant characters (Doctor Doom, Zero, Spencer) as well as strengthened a few of the underused characters. Marvel fans: We got some cool stuff coming up this week! We’re proud to announce that we’ll be broadcasting Alpha Clash 2, a Norcal fighting game tournament event hosted by the awesome guys from Macro Micro Gaming! The event will take place on Sunday, April, 21st, at around 2:00PM PST — details here.

Shady K, Filipino Champ, and Magus1234 – UMvC3 suggested balance changes (part 2)

For part 2 of our UMvC3 balance suggestions, we went over some universal system changes that would eliminate some bugs that cause unintended gameplay mechanics as well as make the game more enjoyable at high level. We also went over several fan-favorite characters and gave them buffs that would make them a little more playable, while trying not to make them over-powered.
